Distance Sales Agreement

Article 1 – Parties

BUYER: The person whose name, address and contact details are entered when placing the order.

Article 2 – Subject

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties for the sale and delivery of the products the BUYER orders electronically on the SELLER’s website, in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

Article 3 – Products, price and payment

The type, options and quantity of the products, the price including taxes, the shipping cost and the total are shown in the order summary and in the confirmation sent after the order. Payment is taken by card in a single instalment through PayTR.

Article 4 – Delivery

The product is made to order and shipped to the delivery address given by the BUYER, within 30 days of the order at the latest. For deliveries outside Türkiye, the destination country’s customs duties and import charges are borne by the BUYER.

Article 5 – Right of withdrawal

The BUYER may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the product without giving a reason, by written notice to [DESTEK E-POSTASI]. The BUYER returns the product to the address provided by the SELLER within 10 days of the notice. Within 14 days of receiving the notice, the SELLER refunds the price and the original delivery cost using the original payment method. For non-faulty items the cost of return shipping is borne by the BUYER.

Article 6 – Faulty products

Items that arrive damaged, misprinted or not as ordered are reprinted and sent again free of charge, or refunded, if reported with photos within 30 days of delivery. This does not affect the BUYER’s other statutory rights.

Article 7 – Disputes and entry into force

Disputes arising from this agreement are resolved by the consumer arbitration boards and consumer courts with jurisdiction over the BUYER’s or SELLER’s place of residence, within the monetary limits set by the Turkish Ministry of Trade; consumers resident elsewhere keep the protection of their own mandatory laws. The BUYER accepts these terms by confirming the order.
