A 14-day right of withdrawal and free reprints for damaged items.

If you change your mind
- Email [DESTEK E-POSTASI] with your order number within 14 days of receiving the item.
- We send you the return address; ship the item back within 10 days of your notice, undamaged and in its original packaging.
- We refund the amount you paid to your card within 14 days of receiving your notice.
- Unless the item is faulty, return shipping is at your cost.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty
Within 30 days of delivery, email [DESTEK E-POSTASI] with your order number and photos of the item and its packaging. We will reprint and send it again free of charge, or refund you if you prefer. You usually don’t need to send the item back.
Cancelling an order
Because items are printed to order, write to us as soon as possible after paying if you want to cancel before production starts. Once an order is in production, the right of withdrawal above applies.
